"Fill the Stage" Concept
The Backstory
The "Fill the Stage" project was conceived from the vision that every team in the company should strive to fill the stage at our company’s annual sales awards dinner with members who have excelled, highlighting their collective accomplishments.
Project Brief
The primary directive from the stakeholder was that the design must reflect the themes of 'Collective Effort' and 'Shared Responsibility.' The idea is to emphasize that a victory for one member of the company is a victory for all. Each individual’s success, whether direct or indirect, contributes to the overall success of the company and, by extension, to each employee’s success. The challenge was to develop a concept that embodies this philosophy. This concept would then be incorporated into various promotional materials and SWAG (Stuff We All Get) to reinforce the message.

Creative Direction : Concept 1 (Approved)
For this concept, I took a creative direction inspired by a lighthearted exploration of geometric shapes to represent different aspects of the brief.
The central stage is symbolized by a diamond, emphasizing the focal point of the event.
Concentric circles emanate from the diamond, illustrating a ripple effect that spreads across the stage, reflecting the literal notion of "filling the stage" and highlighting how the effects of successful sales can be contagious, spreading positive outcomes throughout the team.
Additionally, diagonal lines originating from each corner represent spotlights illuminating the stage, adding a dynamic and visually engaging element to the concept.

Creative Direction : Concept 2
For this concept, I took a creative direction centered around concentric circles created through abstract representations of employees holding hands, symbolizing collective effort. These interconnected circles illustrate a ripple effect, aligning with the idea that successful sales generate positive impacts extending to everyone involved. This visual metaphor emphasizes the unity and shared responsibility within the team, reinforcing the message that each individual's success contributes to the collective achievement.
